Thank you for your continuous support, and we’re now back with a richer, more relevant loyalty program for you!
Our new program is now a points based program, with more than 30+ quality rewards redeemable across 23 KyoChon outlets nationwide!
If you were a KyoChingu member prior to August 2023, you will just need to sign up for a new account with your previous email and mobile number at loyalty.kyochon.com.my. The credits you’ve earned previously will be credited back into your account as KyoChingu points within 14 days, with a one-year expiry.
Here’s How It Works
- If you had RM1 in credits, you’ll have 10 KyoChingu points!
- For any decimal points like RM7.20, we’ll round up to the nearest whole Ringgit, in this case, RM8, giving you 80 KyoChingu points!
How to Get a New KyoChingu Account
- Visit loyalty.kyochon.com.my
- Select ‘Sign Up / Login’
- Fill up your previous email and mobile number used (you have to get this right!)
- Create a new password
- You’re set to login to your account
- Our team will do a points credit back to your account within 14 days
- You will enjoy many chickens 😉
