KyoChon Malaysia is actively expanding nationwide. If you are interested in becoming a sub-franchisee, we would like to hear from you. Indicative requirements include RM600K–RM1M in liquid capital, with a typical 8–10 week outlet opening timeline once a site is secured.
We are looking for hands-on owner-operators — franchisees who will be personally and actively involved in the day-to-day running of their outlet. Our franchise model is built around committed operators rather than passive investment, because that is what protects the brand standard our customers trust.

Response times
Enquiries sent through the form below reach our team at our Puchong head office during business hours, Monday to Friday. Most messages are answered within two working days. Franchising and media enquiries can take a little longer, as they are reviewed by the relevant department rather than the general inbox.
If your question is about an order you have already placed through GrabFood, the fastest route is usually the delivery platform itself, since they hold the rider and order details we do not.

Feedback about a visit
If something was not right — the food, the wait, the service — we would rather hear it than not. Please tell us which outlet, and roughly when you visited. That single detail is what lets us trace the shift and speak to the team involved, and it is the difference between a complaint we can act on and one we can only apologise for.
Compliments reach the team too, and they are read out. If someone looked after you well, naming them costs you a sentence and means a good deal to them.
