Terms and Conditions for Scratch and Win Campaign

1. Eligibility Criteria
   1. This campaign is open to all customers who make a minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt at participating KyoChon outlets during the campaign period.
   2. The campaign applies to dine-in and in-store takeaway transactions only.
   3. Purchases made via third-party delivery platforms or online orders are not eligible.
2. Promotion Duration & Details
   1. The campaign runs from 16 January 2025 to 12 February 2025, or while 10,000 scratch cards are available, whichever comes first.
   2. Customers are entitled to scratch cards as follows:
      1. Spend RM50 – RM69.99: Receive 1 scratch card.
      2. Spend RM70 or more: Receive a maximum of 2 scratch cards per transaction.
   3. Receipts cannot be combined to meet the spending thresholds.
   4. Additional spending beyond RM70 in a single transaction will not entitle customers to additional scratch cards.
3. Scratch Cards
   1. Scratch cards must be collected at the time of purchase. Lost or forgotten cards cannot be reissued.
   2. Customers must present the original scratch card in good condition at the point of prize redemption. Scratch cards that are damaged, altered, photocopied, or tampered with will not be accepted.
   3. Scratch cards are valid only for prize redemption and do not guarantee a win. All unused scratch cards will become invalid after the redemption period ends.
4. Prize Redemption
   1. Prizes include food, beverages, discount vouchers, party cooler bags, and other exclusive items, subject to availability.
   2. Redemption guidelines:
      1. Food, beverages, party cooler bags, and discount vouchers can be redeemed at all KyoChon outlets except KLIA, on a first-come, first-served basis.
      2. Other prizes (e.g., exclusive items) must be redeemed at KyoChon 1991 Headquarters during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
   3. Redemption period: 16 January 2025 to 16 March 2025. Prizes not redeemed by this date will be forfeited.
   4. Customers must present their original scratch card and proof of purchase receipt (if requested) at the time of redemption.
5. General Prize Terms
   1. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or other alternatives.
   2. Prizes are subject to availability. KyoChon reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice.
   3. Decisions regarding prize allocation are final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
