Terms and Conditions for Scratch and Win Campaign

1. Eligibility Criteria
   1. This campaign is open to all customers who make a minimum spend of RM60.00 and a Coke’s product in a single receipt at participating KyoChon outlets during the campaign period.
   2. The campaign applies to dine-in and in-store takeaway transactions only.
   3. Purchases made via third-party delivery platforms or online orders are not eligible.

   1. The campaign runs from 15 July, or while limited cards are available, whichever comes first.
   2. Receipts cannot be combined to meet the spending thresholds.
3. Prize Redemption
   1. Valid for dine in and in-store takeaway at all KyoChon outlets except Cheras Taman Mutiara, Damansara Perdana, Desa Seri Hartamas, Gombak, Taman Perindustrian Puchong, KLIA, Kepong Metro Prima, Sri Petaling, Setapak Platinum Walk, Wisma Central, ST Rosyam and Kota Bharu.
   2. Redemption period: 15 July – 31 August 2025
   3. Scratch cards must be collected at the time of purchase. Lost or uncollected cards will not be replaced. To redeem a prize, customers must present the original scratch card in good condition. Cards that are damaged, altered, photocopied, or tampered with will not be accepted. Scratch cards are valid for prize redemption only and do not guarantee a win. All unredeemed cards will be considered void after the redemption period ends.
   4. Prizes include food, beverages, discount vouchers, party cooler bags, and other exclusive items, subject to availability.
   5. Redemption guidelines:
      1. Prizes (e.g., exclusive items) must be collected at the KyoChon Chicken Headquarters during office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Winners are required to book a collection slot via this [LINK] at least one day in advance. Slot bookings are subject to availability.
