KyoChingu Terms and Conditions

  1. KyoChingu Loyalty Program is a points-based reward program.
  2. KyoChingu points will be awarded on all eligible spends at Kyochon Malaysia’s 24 participating outlets via instore for dine-in and takeaway only. Online orders from GrabFood for both pickup (takeaway) and deliveries will not be eligible for KyoChingu points.
  3. Users will be awarded 10 KyoChingu points for every RM1 spent (excluding 10% service charge and 6% SST).
  4. During dine-in, KyoChingu members are required to inform the cashier about their membership details during payment to be able to earn KyoChingu points. Cashiers may request members to verify their details with a mobile number. Members are not eligible to earn KyoChingu points after payment has been made and sales transaction has been closed.
  5. KyoChingu Points will be awarded within 24 hours of the completed transaction.
  6. KyoChingu points are strictly not transferable, not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
  7. Only one reward can be redeemed per receipt.
  8. Reward redemption & offers (Deals) cannot be combined in a single receipt.
  9. Redemptions cannot be cancelled & points are not refundable.
  10. Points expire in 1 year from the day the points are earned.
  11. Rewards expire in 24 hours after redemption.
  12. Birthday rewards will be automatically credited into your KyoChingu account on the first day of your birthday month, validity will be the whole birthday month.
  13. The 24 participating outlets are ​​MyTown Shopping Centre, IOI City Mall, Prima Sri Gombak, Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bahru, Pandan Indah, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Setia City Mall, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Bandar Botanik Klang, SS2 Petaling Jaya, Sentral Jaya Penang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Bangi Seksyen 9, Sunway Pyramid, AEON Mall Nilai, Pearl Shopping Gallery, Central i-City, USJ Taipan, East Coast Mall, The Gardens Mall, Johor Bahru City Square, Setapak Platinum Walk, Bayan Lepas, Penang, Cheras Trader Square.
  14. KyoChon 1991 Malaysia reserves the right to change the redemption mechanics at any time, with or without notice.
  15. KyoChon 1991 Malaysia reserves the right to substitute, remove or make amendments to the Rewards’ conditions at any time with or without notice to the Member.
  16. Redemption of Rewards is subject to the Member having sufficient KyoChingu points and is subject to Reward availability.
  17. KyoChon 1991 Malaysia reserves the right to adjust the points required for redemption of Rewards with or without giving any prior notice to the Member.
  18. KyoChon 1991 Malaysia reserves the right to restrict, archive, delete, or remove a Member’s account at any time with or without notice, when a member’s account is in suspicion of reward abuse, and/or having multiple accounts by a single individual, and/or manipulation activities, without prior notice to the Member.
  19. KyoChon 1991 Malaysia reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
