传统上,韩国人只会蒸鸡或炖鸡。然而,柳锡浩(Yu Seok-ho)在美国留学期间爱上了炸鸡。回到韩国后,他开始售卖小份炸鸡并搭配啤酒,结果大受欢迎,这种组合也因此成为韩国文化的重要象征。
