Recipe: Honey Berry Salad Pizza

Here’s a berry delightful recipe for you to enjoy for Iftar!

3 pcs of KyoChon Honey Wingettes (bone removed), 1 pc of Tortilla, 10g of Arugula, 2 Strawberries, 8 Blueberries, 2 slices of Mozzarella Cheese, 20g of Cream Cheese, 20g of Parmesan Cheese.

Salad Dressing:

1 Tbsp of Olive Oil, 1/2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, Salt, Black Pepper.

Yogurt Sauce:

3 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, 2 Tbsp of Yogurt, 1 Tbsp of Honey.


  1. Cut the arugula, strawberries, and Honey wingettes into bite sized pieces.
  2. Put them in a bowl, and mix with salad dressing.
  3. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and honey to form yogurt sauce.
  4. Place the tortilla on the pan, add cream cheese and Mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Roast tortilla over low heat until the cheese melts.
  6. Add salad, yogurt sauce, and Parmesan cheese on top of the tortilla.
  7. And you’re done! Enjoy 😋
