Recipe: KyoChon Red Pepper Lettuce Wrap

4pcs of KyoChon Red wingette (only meat, no bone), 1/2 (50g) 0f yellow onion, 3 pcs of lettuce, 2 green chili pepper, 2 red chili pepper.


1Tbsp (15g) of Oyster sauce, 1/4 Tbsp (4g) sugar, 1/4 Tbsp (4g) sesame oil.


  1. Dice the onion and green chili pepper, red chili pepper. (0.5cm*0.5cm)
  2. Cut the KyoChon red wingettes into a cube, similar to the vegetable size.
  3. Cut the lettuce (10cm diameter) and place it in cold water.
  4. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and stir fry onions, green pepper, red pepper.
  5. Add in the red wings, sauce and stir fry for 30sec.
  6. Drain the water from the lettuce.
  7. Place the cooked ingredients on top of the lettuce.
  8. Serve it on a plate and enjoy.
