Recipe: KyoChon Red Pepper Lettuce Wrap

Spice up your Iftar with our Red Pepper Lettuce Wrap!

Ingredients:
4pcs of KyoChon Red wingette (only meat, no bone), 1/2 (50g) 0f yellow onion, 3 pcs of lettuce, 2 green chili pepper, 2 red chili pepper.
Sauce:
1Tbsp (15g) of Oyster sauce, 1/4 Tbsp (4g) sugar, 1/4 Tbsp (4g) sesame oil.
Steps:
- Dice the onion and green chili pepper, red chili pepper. (0.5cm*0.5cm)
- Cut the KyoChon red wingettes into a cube, similar to the vegetable size.
- Cut the lettuce (10cm diameter) and place it in cold water.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan and stir fry onions, green pepper, red pepper.
- Add in the red wings, sauce and stir fry for 30sec.
- Drain the water from the lettuce.
- Place the cooked ingredients on top of the lettuce.
- Serve it on a plate and enjoy.
