Simply sign up as a KyoChingu member at loyalty.kyochon.com.my and you will earn points when you dine-in or takeaway at our 24 participating KyoChon outlets. Just inform our cashier that you are a KyoChingu member and we will grant you your points based on your spend!
For every RM1 spent, you will receive 10 points (excluding 10% service charge and 6% SST).
Your points will expire after one year from the day your points were earned.
You can redeem rewards ranging from our signature Korean fried chickens to beverages depending on how many KyoChingu points you have.
Only one reward can be redeemed per receipt/transaction.
No, KyoChingu points are transferable / shareable.
You can use it by redeeming fantastic rewards on https://loyalty.kyochon.com.my/rewards by choosing a reward item you want to claim. To redeem in store, KyoChingu members are required to inform the cashier about their membership details (mobile number) during payment to be able to earn KyoChingu points.
Unfortunately no, members are not eligible to earn KyoChingu points after payment has been made and sales transaction has been closed.
No, redemptions cannot be cancelled & KyoChingu points are not refundable.
The first step is to wait 24 hours, sometimes it takes a little time for KyoChingu points to reflect in your account due to system syncing. If after 24 hours you still don’t have points, you may contact us at loyalty@kyochon.com.my.
It will be automatically credited into your KyoChingu account on the first day of your birthday month, validity will be the whole birthday month.
